ad.1: Dětský domov Telč je školní zřízení zřizované krajem Vysočina se sídlem Telč, Štěpnická 111. Jsme otevřeným dětským domovem rodinného typu.

ad.2: V našem DD je kapacita 24 dětí rozdělená do 3 rodinných skupin po 8 dětech.

ad.3: Věkové rozmezí je od 3 let do ukonšení přípravy na budoucí povolání (vyučení, maturita)

ad.4: Děti z našeho zařízení odchází po ukončení ústavní výchovy, nebo po ukončení přípravy na povolání

ad.5: Odchází z různých důvodů

1. do pěstounské péče

2. do původní rodiny

3. po dokončení vzdělání

ad. 6: Naše děti navštěvují běžné školy - ZŠ v Telči a střední školy v širším okolí a možnost vzdělání je stejná s většinovou populací. Ve vzdělávání nejsou nijak omezeny.

ad. 7: V kontaktu s většinou dětí kteří opustili dětský domov jsme, někteří mají o další kontakt větší zájem, jiní menší.

ad. 8: Zájmové aktivity našich dětí jsou běžné jako u ostatní populace, navštěvují dle vlastního zájmu kroužky působící ve městě.

ad. 9: Do projektu Vašeho typu jsme se zatím nezapojili, projekty odlišného typu, např. spolupráce s různými nadacemi, granty aj., do těch se zapojujeme.

ad. 10: Jsme ochotni s Vámi spolupracovat, ovšem Váš projekt má široký okruh, je třeba se domluvit na podrobnostech spolupráce.
